TCS Audio Line Array Tests at Center Staging

San Diego, CA - January 9, 2005 - TCS Audio performed final testing of a new line array system on Soundstage One at Center Staging, LA's premiere rehearsal facility, during the first week of January.

"We are extremely pleased with the sound quality and performance of our medium format line array," states Michael Newman, Director of Marketing and Sales for TCS Audio. "We completed our testing so quickly that we scrambled to bring in local dealers and touring companies to hear the system before we had to break down. They were all impressed and described the line array as smooth and punchy. I think we have a winner."

The system consists of a full range cabinet and a matching sub using all B & C drivers. The line array was designed by Craig Hockenberry, the chief designer for all of the TCS loudspeaker systems. Six full range cabinets and four subs were flown per side. Ground-stacked TCS2800 subs were also added to the system for listening tests.

The 9800 square foot sound stage was needed for final measurements and testing. TCS has speaker systems at Center Staging which are used by name acts for pre-show rehearsals.

The medium format array will be shipping in quantities in Q1 of this year along with five new loudspeaker systems for install and live sound applications. TCS will be demonstrating all of their products at the NSCA Show in March which will be held in Orlando, Florida.
